On the Bordeaux ring road (perihérique), take exit 15 and follow the autoroute A63 towards Arachon/Bayonne (which becomes the RN10). Continue for about 60 kilometres until Liposthey and take exit 17 in the direction of Ychoux/Parentis-en-Born on the D43. At Parentis-en-Born, turn left at lights towards Mimizan Plage and Gastes (D652). At Gastes, continue straight ahead to a roundabout, take the second road to the right (avenue du Lanot) - after 1.5 kilometres turn right at signpost for 'La Reserve'.
